Each bed is made to order with meticulous attention to detail, requiring a 4–5 week production timeline. Upon delivery, professional installation is included—your bed will be brought into your home, placed in your chosen room, and fully assembled by experts.
Shipping fees are calculated up to the fourth floor, with additional fees for higher levels. A 50% deposit secures production and begins the creation of your bespoke upholstered bed.

- Shipping duration may take up to 30 business days maximum depending on product size and availability,
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the available piece on your order. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
- Be sure we are working as fast as we can to fulfill your order.
- Additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location, apartments on high floor levels (more than 4 floors) and the size of your order.

The item must be in the same condition when it was received, unscratched, unused, undamaged, and have all of its original packaging.
To issue a return, it's a mandatory to send us product photos by email. During our pick up, the courier will inspect the order and check if it is used and will accept only unused items.
- In case of paying with credit/debit cards, you will get the transfer back in 5 business days.
- In case of paying on cash on delivery, you will get your money back when we pick our product.
In case of applying for a refund after leaving destination, same shipping fees will be applied to pick up the order.
