At Wasilaah, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective item or if you changed your mind after delivery (14 Days), returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- A photo for the product will be required with no sign of usage, unscratched
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
To issue a return, it's a mandatory to send us product photos by email.
During our pick up, the courier will inspect the order and check if it is used and will accept only unused items. Item must be well packaged to be able to courier to pick it up
Furniture (Seating - Beds- Sofa - Recliners)
No returns/refunds/Exchange for customized orders.
Refunds
- In case of paying with credit/debit cards, you will get the transfer back in 10 business days.
- In case of paying on cash on delivery, you will get your money back when we pick our product.
Return Fees
- In case of applying for a refund after leaving destination, same shipping fees will be applied to pick up the order.

For any order with an offer of free shipping, return fees will apply
- In case of rejecting the item while the courier is at your place, shipping fees will be applied.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
