- Shipping duration may take up to 30 business days maximum depending on product size and availability.
- If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the available piece on your order. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
- Be sure we are working as fast as we can to fulfill your order.
- Additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location, apartments on high floor levels (more than 3 floors) and the size of your order.
Our fulfillment team will call/text you a day before shipping day, to check your availability.
Notes:
- All phone calls with our team will be recorded for quality service assurance.
- If our fulfillment team failed to reach you on phone, we will send you an email to confirm delivery, if no reply is received in 2 days, order will be cancelled and product will be restocked for another client.
We always try to provide a high quality delivery service so kindly, expect delivery in a 3 hours time frame.
Furniture handling (Seating - Beds- Sofa - Recliners)
- Handling is till the 3rd floor with a wide staircase in order to guarantee product quality. Please make sure the item will fit into the room and also make sure doorways and hallways on the way are clear and wide enough for it to pass.
- Any additional floors, or narrow doorways and hallways, customer is required to provide a lift at his own cost and under his supervision.
Scheduled Delivery
- Customers may choose to postpone delivery of their furniture for up to 3 months from the purchase date free of charge. Kindly note that full payment must be completed in advance to qualify for deferred delivery.
- After period of 3 months, storage fees will be required with amount 2% of order amount monthly.
At Wasilaah, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective item or if you changed your mind after delivery (14 Days), returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- A photo for the product will be required with no sign of usage, unscratched
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
To issue a return, it's a mandatory to send us product photos by email.
During our pick up, the courier will inspect the order and check if it is used and will accept only unused items. Item must be well packaged to be able to courier to pick it up
Furniture (Seating - Beds- Sofa - Recliners)
- Products are eligible only for replacement exclusively in the case of manufacturing defects

We accept exchange, of faulty products with notice given to us within 48 hours from the date of delivery stated.
No returns/refunds/Exchange for customized orders.
Refunds
- In case of paying with credit/debit cards, you will get the transfer back in 10 business days.
- In case of paying on cash on delivery, you will get your money back when we pick our product.
Return Fees
- In case of applying for a refund after leaving destination, same shipping fees will be applied to pick up the order.
- For any order with an offer of free shipping, return fees will apply
- In case of rejecting the item while the courier is at your place, shipping fees will be applied.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
